Annual General Meeting
Friday 3rd April to Sunday 5th April 2020
The Royal Air Force Police Association is holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) from Friday 3rd April, through leaving Sunday 5th April 2020. The AGM will be held at the Holiday Inn Doncaster A1M Jct.36, High Road, (A630) Warmsworth, Doncaster DN4 9UX. The Hotel is located 200 yards from the A1 (M), Junction 36.
The Holiday Inn is located within the landscaped gardens of the old Warmsworth Hall. The Hotel is air conditioned with modern rooms. All feature flat screen TV with Freeview channels, work desks and tea and coffee making equipment. Upgraded Executive rooms have added luxuries.
Preferential accommodation rates have been negotiated for all guests attending RAFP Association AGM. This means that guests staying over for the Conference are not only able to take advantage of preferential room rates, but also the use the excellent Club motivation health and fitness club, which offers a heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room and gymnasium. All are free for use by our resident delegates. The same preferential rates also apply to those who may wish to arrive early on the preceding Thursday 2nd April 2020. There is ample Free Parking within the grounds for 250 vehicles.
Conference Facilities for The AGM and Gala Dinner
Within the Hotel there are Conference and Dining facilities that are being solely dedicated to the RAFP 2020 Conference, Buffet and Gala Dinner. This dedicated facility is known at Manor 1 and Manor 2 rooms to which they have their own private bar facilities nearby. All are approached via a fully glazed walkway.
The Manor 1 Dining Room is also the room where the Friday evening Buffet and Saturday evening Gala Dinner will be held.
Please Note: The prices quoted in the Hotel Proposal are on a Room basis. This means that the Room costs include Bed and Breakfast for 2 persons AND where specified cover the cost of the Buffet Dinner on the Friday evening.
Rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Accommodation and costs:
40 rooms are being held provisionally for the Friday evening and 50 rooms are being provisionally reserved for the Saturday evening. The provisional booking is from now until 30 days prior to the event. Note: Early booking of rooms is advisable.
For those suffering from disabilities, there are 3 rooms on the ground floor very suitably equipped for this purpose. Other rooms are available also on the ground floor to assist those less mobile. Please make this clear when making your reservation. Thank you.

Pre - Order for Gala Dinner – In order to assist administration and catering for this event, a menu for the Gala Dinner has been provided for you to make your choices. Please let the hotel have your pre-orders for the Gala Dinner at the time of booking your accommodation. Thank you.
Lunch before AGM on the Saturday
For those members taking lunch on the Saturday, Guests will be able to place orders at the Bar for delivery to your table.
Seating Plan – Within the Dining Room there will be round tables each with a capacity for 10 persons. For those of you who have a preference to sit with friends, please let me know your requirements as soon as possible and at least 30 days before the event. Every effort will be made to accommodate your requests within the limits of the table sizes but of course cannot be guaranteed.
Entertainment - A dance floor is provided for within the Dining Room and a DJ has been booked for the Gala Dinner. He will provide music at the event and for dancing afterwards.

For your entertainment whilst staying at the hotel and for those not attending the AGM, the Holiday Inn is well placed for visits to take place. Recommended activities include visits to:
