Smooth Brussels pate’, red onion jam salad garnish and toast.
Scottish smoked salmon, dressed with Greenland prawns in Rose sauce , bread and butter.
Traditional roast turkey crown with all festive trimmings,Pigs in blankets, sage and onion stuffing creamy mash, Roast potatoes, Brussels sprouts , chant nay carrots and broccoli, all finished with a rich gravy.
Slow roasted topside of beef, creamy mash and roast potatoes Broccoli and chant nay carrots, with a thick rich gravy.
Poached fillet of salmon on crushed new potatoes, broccoli and chant nay carrots.
Mushroom and brie Wellington with roast potatoes seasonal vegetables and rich vegetarian gravy.
Hot Christmas pudding with brandy sauce.
Chocolate and caramel roulade served with a choice of warm custard, pouring cream or vanilla ice cream.
