taken by Clare at this special City of London Salute to the Battle of Britain and RAF World War II Veterans and St Pauls Cathedral on Tuesday 7 September 2010.
Keith Adams paraded the Association Standard with Richard Smith carrying the LHC Standard.  Marching were Gerry Hopkins and John Walton.  The photos are as follows:

2.     QCS and Queens Colour.

4.     John Walton & Gerry Hopkins, near the end of the march with lunch in sight.
On Tuesday 7 September, the City of London's Salute to The Battle of Britain and RAF World War II Veterans, took place at St Paul's Cathedral.  The date was chosen by the Lord Mayor of the City (not Dick Whittington and not Boris either), as precisely 70 years ago, the blitz started.
The Association was represented by Keith Adams parading our National Standard and Richard Smith that of the LHC Branch.  Gerry Hopkins and John Walton also took part and marched from the Cathedral to the Guildhall.
Altogether a very enjoyable event despite the tube strike.
