The RAFPA badge and the RAFPA ceremonial standards and any other item
displaying such badge, are Official Trade Marks, registered with the
Intellectual Property Office, an operating name of the Patents Office, and
the use, acquisition, or display of such without prior proper authority, was
an offence under Section 4 of the Trade Marks Act 1994.
